Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Temporary Staff for Call Center. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the extension for 3, one year periods

Scope:
1. Provide staffing services for call center
2. Respond up to assigned quotas of calls per day
3. Provide up to 16 personnel to staff a call center working eight (8) hours per day
4. Collect information regarding illness and injury complaints.
5. The days and hours of the call center are Sunday through Thursday from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm with a half an hour lunch.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 4, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
