Description: We are Ireland based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Provision of Helpdesk and Support Service.

Scope:
1. The support services to be considered for tender may include but are not limited to the following:
An integrated service desk.
— Incident management,
— Request fulfillment.
1st line support
— 1st line diagnosis of all services,
— 1St line resolution.
Bundled additional support services.
— Client computing & desk side support,
— Desktop & client build and delivery,
— Data cleansing of client technology,
— Support for mobile business devices.
(Getac V100 ruggedized laptops, Getac ps236 handheld.
Devices, Motorola (MC500).
— Office based support services.
(See 1.1.2 Bord Gais Sites).
— Support of multi-functional devices.
(Printers, scanners, faxes).
— Systems monitoring and exception alerting.
(Dashboard & logs).
— Provision of resources to an agreed rate card,
— Support of business mobile phones.
(iPhone, Blackberry, etc).

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 25, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
