Description: We are based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Onsite Call Center Service. The duration of the contract is 1 year.

Scope:
1. Provide staffing services to call center related to medical care, health insurance etc. for government authority.
2. Vendor needs to handles routine telephone calls and Identity phone lines;
3. Vendor needs to educate recipients about documentation needed to verify citizenship and identify according to the DRA also he should cross train on the Health Choice phone line and prepare to assist with calls when needed.
4. Provide these services from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 19, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
