Description: Our client is a Canadian based corporation and operating in four geographies namely US/CAN, UK and Australia providing third party remote technical and troubleshooting services for Computers, Macs, Laptops, Digital Cameras, Modems/Routers, Printers and host of other electronic equipment around computers in 24/7 mode.
Our client is looking for experienced contact centers which can provide sales as well as remote technical support to the subscribers of our clients. The contact center needs to demonstrate a strong sales background as well as robust technology and support service capabilities 24/7.
The scope includes
1. Selling of clients subscription
2. Handling of clients subscribers
3. Taking inbound calls
4. Providing remote sessions and troubleshoot clients problems
5. Optimize systems as per SLA etc.
The client shall offer payouts in fixed mode on per hour / FTE basis.
We are inviting contact centers to send their proposals and intent of their interests.
About us: We are a third party contact center consultants; we do charge consultation fees and royalties on our businesses. We can provide business references of our work upon request.
We would prefer initial discussion through email and then over the telephone numbers mentioned. Also we would like to meet the contact center management in person before coming to terms.
