Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for After Hours Call Answering Service.

Scope:
1. Provide timely answering service for us
2. Provide efficient guidelines to meet answering service requirements
3. Guidelines to include but is not limited to:
- timely answering of incoming call
- documenting and tracking of calls
- voice recording
4. Demonstration of protocols to answer calls, record calls, a process to contact the on-call provider, record keeping for times of calls
5. To submit a cost per Answering Service Call Transaction
6. Service must be available to beneficiaries Monday through Friday, non-duty hours (usually 4:30pm-7:30am) and twenty-four (24) hours a day on weekends and Federal holidays.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 12, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
