Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for outbound telephony service. The duration of the contract is 3 years with the possibility of further renewal.

Scope:
1. Telephony service for local distance, toll free telephone service
2. Service must be for 24 hours per day for 7 days a week
3. Ability to meet or exceed billing and ordering specifications
4. Support for account management and representation
5. Providing customer support
6. Ability to meet or exceed billing and ordering specifications.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 29, 2010, 1:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
