Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for customer satisfaction survey. The duration of the contract is for 2 years commencing from August, 2010 to July 2010.

Scope:
1. The objective of this survey is to gather critical customer satisfaction data on a monthly basis from customers who have had recent experience of our services.
2. Service provider needs to conduct telephone customer satisfaction interviews.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 500,000 GBP. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 1, 2010, 5:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
