Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Outbound telemarketing service. The duration of the contract is 31 months.

Scope:
1. Provider will be required to make outbound calls and will promote services by us.
2. Provider will be required to call our existing customers and some newly started companies to promote our services.
3. Calls will be made from existing customer data and bought in data of companies who will have not have previously engaged with us.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is between 150 000,00 and 850 000,00 GBP. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 6, 2010, 1:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings.
