Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for operation of call center service. The duration of the contract is 2 years with the possibility of further renewal of 4 years.

Scope:
1. Operation of toll-free consumer lines
2. Handling of call crisis
3. Handling abusive callers
4. Operation of toll-free lines, including call wait times and lost calls
5. Call record maintenance plan
6. Submits daily data uploads in a specified Microsoft Excel /
Microsoft Access importable format
7. Produce an annual data report for the Consumer Service Line
8. Refers callers in crisis to appropriate agencies 24 hours a day.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 7, 2010, 3:00 AM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
