Description: We are US looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Inbound Telephone Answering Services. The duration of the contract is from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012.

Scope:
1. Answering service operators must be able to fluently communicate in the English language
2. Answering service will not “outsource” receipt of calls
3. Maintain accurate records for all invoiced calls
4. Average call length is ten (10) minutes
5. Use script to collect and record required call information
6. Generate reports with required information, all specific details given by caller in response to questions asked
7. Answer Hotline on holidays and weekends
8. All calls must be answered within five (5) rings
9. Approximately 500 calls per month will be miscellaneous requests for information
10. Billing must be on a 12 month cycle
11. Billing must be for incoming calls only.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than November, 29, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
