Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Scope:
1. Design and administer a survey for approximately 200 specified shipping decision makers, including current customers and users -- to measure industry issues and opportunities, along with perceptions.
2. The survey instrument shall be delivered in an easy to understand professional format and accompanied with supporting documents that clearly frames and present the survey findings for all internal stakeholders.
3. We anticipate that the survey will be conducted via phone interviews, and/or on-line questionnaire.
4. The firm shall tabulate, analyze and summarize information obtained through the survey instrument and prepare a thorough written report and verbal presentation of the findings.
5. The firm shall oversee the survey distribution, information feedback, and collection process.
6. Based on the data collected, the firm will create a comprehensive Customer Connection Plan to capitalize on strengths and address improvement areas.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 17, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
