Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Developing and Administering Telephonic Survey.

Scope:
1. Meet with staff before developing the survey questions.
2. Develop a survey that consists of approximately sixty (60) questions, plus demographic information. The questions cannot be open ended.
3. Determine the appropriate sample size for results that will be statistically significant.
4. Provide a plan for professional administration of the survey to a representative population, including an over-sample of hard-to-reach and traditionally under-represented populations (i.e. minority, elderly, low income). This plan must include the proposed call schedule (i.e. days of the week and times of the day that calls will be made), as well as the qualifications and experience of the person(s) making the phone calls.
5. Survey will be administered no later than October 2011.
6. Professionally administer the telephone survey according to the agreed upon plan.

This is an onshore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than July, 1, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
