Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Inbound Call Center Service.
Scope:
1. Utilize automated functions and a live call center to respond efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner to the estimated 40,000 to 50,000 consumer inquiries per year.
2. Provide live service 24 hours a day year-round.
3. Process and transmit all Bulk orders electronically to the designated programs within 24 hours of receiving order.
4. Transcribe and verify mailed in order cards and other forms within 24 hours of receipt.
5. Provide translation service for non-English speaking callers as requested.
6. Ensure the gathering of accurate information.
7. Conduct data satisfaction surveys as requested.
8. The Project has received in excess of 650,000 calls from its inception in February 1995 through December 31, 2011. These calls include individuals who are seeking health or social service referrals within their community.
9. The term of the Contract will be from the award date through June 30, 2013.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 20, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
