Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Corporate Contact Center. The duration of the contract is 1 year with the possibility of further extension for 6 months additional period.

Scope:
1. Provider to supply a Corporate Contact Centre facility to provide a single telephone point of contact for all the Council's customers.
2. Provider will be responsible for:
- accommodating the Contact Centre,
- the employment and accommodation of all staff required to deliver the service,
- and the provision of all equipment and infrastructure necessary to provide the contract (telephone lines, telephones, office equipment, personal computers etc.).

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 130000000 and 180000000 GBP.
