Description: We are India (Tripura) looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Operation of contact center service.

Scope:
1. Set-up of a contact center
2. Centre will envisioned as front-end delivery points for social and private services
3. Main role of the centre will be to handle the telephone calls from customers for their specific needs and get back with proper solution
4. Creating a database with their contact address & telephone numbers
5. Operation of call centre in two shifts initially.

This is an on shore and on site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than May, 4, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
