Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for provision of answering service. The duration of the contract is 5 years.

Scope:
1. Provision of out of hours answering service
2. Services needed to be performed during the year 2011-2016
3. Answering service from social housing residents
4. The services are needed between the hours of 17:00 and 8:00 from Monday to Friday, weekends and all public and bank holidays.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 400,000,00 GBP. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than October, 7, 2010 by courier, post or email.
