Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for provision of customer satisfaction survey.

Scope:
The following minimum services are required to complete this task:
1. Data collection, analysis, reporting
- Weighting of results to reflect actual survey population distribution
- Top line reporting for each survey group
- Cross tabulations
2. Telephone interviewing, totaling over 1400 calls
3. Extensive report writing explaining results from tables and graphs
4. Draft and final technical report shall include
- Executive Summary
- Each user group including tables and graphs
- Comparing and contrasting results from previous surveys and user groups.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than October, 13, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
