Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center and Data research and analysis service. We are looking for conduction of Customer Satisfaction survey.
Scope:
1. Conduct monthly customer satisfaction surveys with our customers.
2. The surveys must be designed to elicit responses that provide measurable, actionable improvement opportunities for our customer service department.
3. The surveys will be transactional based, Re-contacting customers who have had a recorded transaction with us in the past.
4. The focus is two-fold: To secure an overall customer satisfaction rating of the revenue cycle services of the utility and to identify ways to reduce walk-in and inbound call traffic.
5. As a municipally owned utility we would prefer to utilize local firms whenever possible, though businesses based outside the USA can apply for this work.
6. The survey contact method can be email, phone, letter, text message, etc.; there is no preference from the utility.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 22, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
