Description: We are seeking a service provider capable of servicing and managing customer interactions in relation to consumer and trade inquiries from Europe, United States, Canada and potentially other regions such as Australia, asia, GCC, Asia and South Africa. Current services that are being provided to us are for inbound calls, emails, web-chat and social media applications (e.g. Facebook/Twitter) in addition to ad hoc services such as data entry,translations, etc. This is not an exhaustive list, and it is likely that it will be altered over time, e.g. with the option of extending such services to new channels of customer interaction, VoIP inquiries, etc.

We are seeking a reputed provider who can show experience and considerable client transition record specially in the travel and tourism sector is prefered. We would sign a contract for 3 years after successful due-diligence and satisfaction of said criteria.

We would like to receive interest of participation in RFP by 26th April 2010
