Description: We are India (Delhi) based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for provision of inbound and outbound call center services.

Scope:
1. To organize a toll free number to receive calls/sms from anywhere in the country
2. Provision of a fax number, e-mail address, website to receive complaints
3. Call Logging should be possible through multiple channels via phone, email sms, fax, website and post and includes both manual and interactive voice response options for customers
4. Offer support in English, Hindi and offer multiple Indian languages over a period of time
5. Deployment of customer relationship software for provision of services
6. On receipt and recording of a call in the database about the call/query/complaint/suggestion
7. Creation and Maintenance of a database for calls received through telephones
8. Submitting of daily reports on inbound/outbound calls
9. Reports about calls not services due to some reason.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The EMD is 500000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than April, 19, 2010, 11:00 AM by courier, post or email.
