Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Inbound and Outbound contact center.
Scope:
1. The main purpose of inbound service is to collect information from and provide information to potential and current donors
2. The handling of donor contacts is a critical part in the overall communications strategy
2. Contact centre facility dealing with inbound and outbound contacts from and to blood donors, organ donors and potential blood concerning medical and administration issues
3. The provision of a timely, professional and efficient contact handling service plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining the life time relationship
4. Contact centre facility must be available for 24x7x365 every year including public holidays
5. Call volume varies from day ato day but tend to be steady at 32000 per week
6. Ability to handle calls from Welsh speaking callers efficiently is necessary
7. The primary activity is calling to remind donors of forthcoming blood donation sessions
8. The majority of calls will take place between 12:00 hrs and 20:30 hrs to home addresses.
This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated contact volumes are expected to be between 2,500,000 and 4,000,000 million contacts a year.
