Description: We are UK based looking to outsource requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Inbound and Outbound Call Center. The duration of the contract is 2 years.

Scope:
1. Activity is to collect information from and provide information to potential and current donors and channels their responses to the relevant operating unit
2. We need center to operate 24 X 7 and 365 days.
3. Call volumes vary from day to day but tend to be steady at 30 000-32 000 per week and peak weekly call volumes may be above 57000
4. The core purpose of the inbound service activity is to collect information from and provide information to potential and current donors and channel their responses to the relevant operating unit.
5. The core purpose of outbound calling is to provide information to and collect information from existing and prospective donors, and report to the relevant region or operating unit. The primary activity is calling to remind donors of forthcoming blood donation sessions. Donors can be targeted by specific blood group, performance segment or geographical location.
6. The estimated contact volumes are expected to be between 2500000 and 4000000 million contacts a year.
