Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Inbound Call Center Service.

Scope:
1. Provide live telephone answering service coverage to external customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week
2. The answering service will most often be utilized after normal business hours
3. There will also be cases when coverage will be needed during business hours, such as during special events like training, holidays and snow days.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 19, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
