Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Call Center and Related Services.

Scope:
1. Provision of services for:
- Social services
- Family support division
2. The Call Center shall serve as the primary point of contact for Family Support Division programs
3. The Call Center customer service representatives shall be an immediate source of information
4. Provide call center services on an as needed basis
5. Call Center customer service representative must take appropriate action or appropriately redirect a call for the call to be considered a resolved call for invoicing purposes.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 27, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
