Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for University Call Center Service. The duration of the contract is 10 years.

Scope:
1. Call Center service for students facing areas in organization that can be flexed to support the business configurations required to deliver the business, operational and technology strategies
2. To support the integration of other contact channels inline with customer contact strategy derived from the student journey processes.
