Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Telephone Calling Services. The duration of the contract is 5 years.

Scope:
1. Provision of toll-free telephone calling services
2. Calls shall originate from the following types:
- International calls
- Domestic calls
3. Provide these on following hours:
- Normal business hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM through 4:30 PM
- After normal business hours: Monday through Thursday 4:31 PM through 7:59 AM
- Weekend hours: Friday 4:31 PM through Monday 7:59 AM.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 20, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
