Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Inbound Telephone Answering Services. The duration of the contract is for 1 year commencing from Oct 2011 to Sept 2012.

Scope:
1. Answering service on holidays and weekends
2. Using of script for recording call information
3. Generate reports with required information from calls
4. Answer calls for four regions
5. Telephone Answering Services for base 200 calls per month with a separate charge per call for call exceeding the base (200)
6. Back-up Hotline and Answer Hotline services from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 13, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
