Scope:
1. Contact center for wire line services
2. Centers will have to provide t he services in various languages depending upon the state
3. Provision of service in Hindi, English and Telgu for Andhra Pradesh
4. Provision of service in Hindi, English and Kannada for Karnataka
5. Provision of service in Hindi, English and Malayalam for Kerala
6. Provision of service in Hindi, English and Tamil for Tamil Nadu
7. Provision of service in Hindi, English, Bengali, Assamese etc for some other states
8. Provision of service in Hindi, English and Maithili for Bihar
9. Provision of service in Hindi, English and Oriya for Orissa
10. Provision of service in Hindi, English for Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, HP, Punjab, J&K, Uttarakhand
11. Provision of service in Hindi, English for MP.
