Description: We are Australia based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Provision of Contact Center Service.

Scope:
1. Answer enquiries from customers in relation to their tax obligations
2. Customer Service & Solutions aims to achieve a service level of 80:120 for calls from general public
3. The hours of operation will be fom Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
4. Manage various call and work types.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than October, 18, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
