Description: We are India (Maharashtra) based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for operation of complaint center.

Scope:
1. Provision of call center and a complaint center
2. Center must be for 24x7
3. All complaints should be recorded whether it is verbal or telephonically
4. After registration of complaint, complaint slips to be prepared with time and date
5. Complaint slip is to be handed over to our line staff in chronological order
6. Documents are to be maintained Day to Day basis
7. Fuse call off complaint register in standard format provided by us.

This is an on shore and off site tender. The estimated tender value is 500000 INR. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 29, 2010 by courier, post or email.
