Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for provision of call center for information service.

Scope:
1. In 2009 the approximate numbers of inquiries were 20,000.
2. 90 % of total inquiries were generated by five customer groups: researchers, industrial and commercial organizations, academia, financial institutions and the general public.
3. Call length averages is 4 minutes and 27 seconds.
4. Service provider needs to provide:
- Customers and stakeholders with easily accessible, consistent, timely, and professional responses to their inquiries through multichannel communications (e.g., telephone, email, and postal mail)
- Collect data and perform reporting to inform of trends about our customer groups.
- Handle a minimum total of 25,000 annual phone and email inquiries.

This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than June, 4, 2010 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
