Description : We are looking to outsource our long distance calling process for Canada region,
Brief of the process: To contact Indian, Pakistani , Bangadeshi, Arab and other ethnic community and offer quality and cost effective long distance services. Center can speak in customer lanaguage, mean this program can be pitch in hindi/punjabi/arabi and other languages depend upon calling data.
Note : No Financial information required to close the sale.
Payment Cycle : Monthly , All sales from 1-30 will be paid next 15th
Reporting : Sales portal will be provided
Note : To start this program and make it successful we must need to make sure that call center must possess at least 50,000 record of ethnic calling data, or willing to invest in calling data to purchase the same records. The agreement clause number 6.1.5 specially addresses that concern and to waive this amount we must need 50,000 records at call center possession. Otherwise they have to pay this amount so that we can purchase data for them.
