Description: We are UK based looking to outsource our requirement of Call Center Service. We are looking for Call Center for Educational Institution. The duration of the contract is 3 years.

Scope:
1. Implementation of communication and centre for handling data
2. Administration of communication and centre for handling data
3. The services are needed for development and traning agency of education institution
4. Handling of inbound/outbound traffic through email, telephone, website, events etc
5. The service must be provided from 8:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than January, 26, 2012 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
